How do I book?

Complete the booking form on the booking page or alternative you can telephone or e-mail us.

How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

We get very busy specially during the summer months so we strongly advice that you book as early as possible to secure you booking and avoid disappointment.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash on the day of the event or a cleared cheque (10 working days prior to the event).

How much space do you need to set up a bouncy castle/inflatable?

This will depend on the size of the castle/inflatable, for example if you hired our 12x12ft/6.6 x 6.6m, you would need a minimum space of 12x12 ft/6.6x6.6m for the castle plus approx 2ft/ 61cm all the way around for pegging to the ground and the blower fan, and plenty of space for the entrance to the castle. You will also need clearance space approx 8 ft/2.4m high.

How long does it take to set up the castle and pack away?

It takes approx 20 minutes to set up the castle and inflate it and approx 30 minutes to deflate and pack away.

Do I need to keep the blower running?

Whilst the inflatable is in use the blower must remain switched on.

When hiring the castle is there anything I need to provide?

Yes, Provide 2x forms of I.D example UK Driver License or Passport & Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old).

Is there an age limit as to who can use your castles?

No, although some of our castles are only suitable for children up to 11 years of age. These bouncy castles are specifically designed for children and will not withstand the weight of an adult. Failure to comply will result in damage occurring to the seams of the castle and the renter will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the castle

Can adults use bouncy castles?

Yes however, if you require a bouncy castle suitable for persons over 11 years of age select one of our adult castles.

Can your castles be used indoors?

Yes, our standard size castles can be used indoors providing the ceiling has at least 8 ft/ 2.4m high clearance.

Can we keep the castles over night?

Subject to availability, and providing you have safe and secure storage facility for the castles overnight* (PLEASE NOTE; an overnight charge will apply).

What if the bouncy castle gets damaged during the time of hire?

It is very unlikely that damage will occur during normal use of the bouncy castle, if the castle is maliciously damaged or unnecessarily dirtied during hire, the hirer will be responsible for all costs incurred*.

What happens if it rains on the hire day?

Our castles have a sewn in/ detachable shower cover (FOR USE IN LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS). However our bouncy castles are not designed to be used if it gets too wet as it can be very dangerous. In the event of inclement weather such as rain providing you contact us 4hrs prior to us delivering we offer a no cancellation fee policy.

How much does it cost to run a bouncy castle?

It will cost approximately between 50p and &1 of electricity to run a castle for a day.

Can I still hire a bouncy castle if I do not have an electricity supply near to where I want to place the castle?

Yes, if there is not an electrical supply available within 30-50 metre, we can provide you with a generator and fuel*. (PLEASE NOTE a charge will apply-Contact us directly)

Are your castles clean?

Yes, each castle are maintained to a very high standard and are cleaned after every hire.

Do you provide safety mats?

Yes, we always provide safety mats and sand bags wherever necessary.

On what surfaces can the bouncy castles be erected upon?

Our castles can be used on various indoor/outdoor surfaces. However, where possible we recommend: a outdoor grass, debris free and level area.

How do I know that i am hiring from a reputable company?

Check to see if they belong to any trade associations, Bouncy Adventures are members of the British Inflatable Hirers Association (BIHA) and The Inflatable Play Enterprise (TIPE). Bouncy Adventures are Public Liability (PL) insured, Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked, First Aid trained and can provide documentation if required. All our inflatables are (RPII/PIPA) compliant and each electrical item (PAT) tested.

Can I rely on you to deliver?

Yes, once your booking has been confirmed, you can guarantee that we will do our UPMOST to be there on time. In the very rare occasion that we cannot deliver at the exact time requested due to circumstances beyond our control, inclement weather, high traffic volume or a serious road traffic accident we will contact you.

What happens on the day?

We will deliver the hired items to your venue at the time agreed with yourself. We will inflate the castle and show you how to operate it safely. We will ask you to read the safety instructions and sign a copy. At an agreed time with yourself we will return, dismantle, pack and load the inflatable.

What do you need from us?

Please make sure we have plenty of access room, we need at least a 3 ft/91cm wide hall or passageway to move the bouncy castle into your venue. Please ensure that the site for the bouncy castle is clear. It must be clear of sharp objects such as overhanging branches, rocks, any debris and large stones. If we feel that the site is unsuitable we will not leave the bouncy castle.

What about insurance?

Yes we have full Public liability insurance

Are there any concessions available?

Yes, we provide concessions to registered charities and non-profit making organisations.

Is it safe for my toddler to use your castles?

Yes, for under 5yrs of age we would recommend hiring either hiring one of our Soft Play packages or Toddler & Pre-School units, which can be used as a safe bouncer for toddlers or at an extra charge we can provide clean coloured balls to create an inflatable ball- pond. All of our bouncy castles, balls ponds & soft play equipments are safe proving children are always supervised during play.
